Great Place for SACLI Students to Volunteer!!!
The Upper Room Soup Kitchen in Charlottetown has been serving meals to those in need since 1984. Soup kitchen自1984年就開始提供餐點給需要的人. 
The Soup Kitchen is run almost entirely by volunteers under the fantastic supervision of Bob King and his right-hand helper, Donna. Soup kitchen的各個服務項目幾乎都是由Bob King 和右手邊的助手 Donna帶領志工們完成.

PEI Mussels 吃起來有那麼點像八里孔雀蛤的Fu~
Mussels 根據估狗上的翻譯為''殼菜'',但Mussels並不一種菜,其實是一種貝殼類的海鮮.也有人翻譯成"貽貝''! 剛聽到''Mussels''時,我還以為是"muscle''想說,PEI的居民也沒那麼瘋健美,為什麼要造個PEI Muscle的詞,我誤會了 XD~

PEI今年的龍蝦季已經開始囉~

       每年大西洋龍蝦季的開始,對PEI當地的漁夫來說,可算是年度大事!!! 對PEI當地的居民來說,也是物美價廉的Nothumberland龍蝦可以端上桌,大快朵頤一番的季節!!! 恭喜八月即將出發的Paula可以一飽口福!!!

德國學生Isabel Hasse的心得分享!!!
   

"Prince Edward Island" is a small and beautiful island with nice read and white sanded beaches. I really like being on PEI and one reason is my wonderful host family. They've become a realy family to me and accept me as a daughter and older sister. I am really going to miss them when I am back in Germany. It was a great decision coming here.
愛德華王子島是個小而美的島嶼,島上有美麗的紅色和白色沙灘. 我非常喜歡待在愛德華王子島,其中的一個理由是我有一個超棒的住宿家庭. 對我而言,他們現在就像是我的家人一般,而他們也把我當女兒看待. 當我回到德國以後,我一定會非常想念他們.來愛德華王子島是個很棒的決定!!!
